Hedge Investments is a sponsor of INDEX 2026, DEX’s annual event taking place on November 12 in São Paulo. With approximately R$ 10 billion in assets under management and operations across real estate, multimarket, and agribusiness investments, the firm brings to the event experience spanning different segments of the fund industry, reaching ETFs on two fronts: managing proprietary strategies and providing fiduciary administration for third-party products.
This combination expands the event’s industry representation. The ETF industry relies as much on index and strategy developers as it does on the institutions that sustain its regulatory and operational infrastructure. Hedge participates in both dimensions, with HERT11 in the real estate market and Hedge DTVM administering a series of index funds traded on B3.
A Track Record Spanning Different Fund Industry Cycles
Founded in 2015, Hedge Investments brings together professionals with a shared history preceding the firm itself. The real estate investment team originated in the structuring of that division at Hedging-Griffo and, subsequently, at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, with experience across shopping centers, corporate real estate, logistics, receivables, and fund of funds.
This history includes HGBS11, created in 2006 and dedicated to a portfolio of shopping centers. In 2024, the fund was added to the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global REITs Index, marking a milestone in connecting the listed Brazilian real estate market with international benchmarks. The firm’s scope also covers funds such as HFOF11, HLOG11, and HREC11, alongside multimarket and agribusiness-linked strategies.

HERT11: Real Estate Expertise Applied to an Index Strategy
Launched in June 2025, HERT11 (Hedge Brasil Equity REITs) seeks to track the FTSE Hedge Brazil All Equity REITs Index. The goal is to gather physical real estate funds (FIIs) with high market representation and liquidity in Brazil, offering single-share access to a basket tied to physical properties.
This scope sets the strategy apart from generic real estate fund exposure: the focus centers on physical property funds across segments like shopping malls, logistics, and office towers. The index undergoes quarterly rebalances and the ETF is accessible to general retail investors.
For HERT11, Hedge Investments Real Estate acts as asset manager, while Hedge DTVM performs fund administration and custody services. FTSE Russell serves as the index provider. This structure connects the firm’s real estate expertise to an indexed methodology and an international benchmark framework.
Fiduciary Administration: Services Supporting Third-Party Strategies
Hedge’s presence in the ETF market extends beyond HERT11. Hedge DTVM, which began operating as a fiduciary administrator in 2018, also administers other ETFs on B3, including AURO11, ETHY11, and PIPE11—with the latter two tracking DEX indices.
By combining alternative asset management, a proprietary ETF, and administrative services for third-party managers, Hedge represents multiple links in the fund value chain. Its sponsorship reinforces INDEX 2026’s mission of bringing together the institutions that develop, structure, and distribute the ETF market in Brazil.
