SLVR11 rose 2.60% and PRAF11 gained 2.07%. GOLD11 followed with a 1.39% advance, while OURO11 added 0.95%. CMDB11, DOLB11 and PIPE11 also finished higher, whereas RARA11 declined 0.06%. OLEO11 was excluded because the dataset did not provide a daily return.

The session was marked by greater global risk aversion. Oil moved above $100 per barrel, US Treasury yields rose and US equities closed lower. This backdrop supported demand for precious metals, although higher interest rates limited part of the move.

Gold futures ended the international session at $4,449.01 per ounce, up 0.23%. The metal traded between $4,384.86 and $4,451.45 during the day.

SLVR11 (XP Asset): +2.60% and PRAF11 (Galapagos): +2.07%

Silver led the group through SLVR11 and PRAF11. Both ETFs provide exposure to the same metal but use different structures to track its performance.

SLVR11 tracks the LBMA Silver Price, an international benchmark for silver, while PRAF11 provides exposure to physical silver. Both funds responded to the metal’s appreciation during a session shaped by demand for protection and inflation concerns associated with higher oil prices.

PRAF11’s return was 0.53 percentage point below SLVR11’s. The difference reflected their exposure structures, costs, liquidity and share-price formation, while both remained aligned with the same upward movement in silver.

SLVR11 is up 1.15% for the week and 6.03% for the month. PRAF11 has gained 1.08% for the week and 5.70% for the month. Annual and 12-month returns were not yet available in the dataset.

GOLD11 (XP Asset): +1.39% and OURO11 (Bradesco Asset): +0.95%

Gold ETFs occupied the next positions. GOLD11 advanced 1.39%, while OURO11 gained 0.95%, a difference of 0.44 percentage point.

GOLD11 invests in IAU, a US-listed fund that tracks the gold price established by the London Bullion Market Association. The strategy maintains currency exposure, combining the international performance of gold with changes in the US dollar against the Brazilian real.

Gold futures gained 0.23% to $4,449.01 per ounce. The stronger US dollar amplified GOLD11’s return in Brazilian reais. OURO11 also followed the metal higher, but its methodology and share-price formation during B3 trading hours produced a more moderate gain.

GOLD11 is down 1.52% for the week but up 1.48% for the month. The fund has declined 5.93% for the year, while its 12-month return remains positive at 13.16%. OURO11 is down 0.70% for the week and up 2.15% for the month.

CMDB11 (BTG Asset): +0.50%

CMDB11 advanced 0.50%. The ETF tracks a portfolio of Brazilian commodity producers and exporters across mining, oil, steel, pulp and paper, animal protein and agricultural production.

Its largest holdings included Vale, PRIO, Petrobras, Gerdau and Suzano. Basic materials and energy accounted for most of the portfolio.

Oil holdings provided consistent support. PRIO gained 0.84%, Petrobras common shares rose 0.85%, Petrobras preferred shares advanced 0.69% and Brava Energia gained 0.93%. Within basic materials, CSN Mineração, Suzano, Vale and Metalúrgica Gerdau also finished higher.

Declines of 1.13% in Gerdau, 0.41% in Klabin and 2.33% in MBRF limited the result. Gains among oil producers and selected materials companies were sufficient to keep the ETF in positive territory.

CMDB11 is up 1.86% for the week, 11.64% for the month, 23.66% for the year and 36.28% over 12 months.

DOLB11 (BTG Asset): +0.43%

DOLB11 advanced 0.43%, tracking the appreciation of the US dollar against the Brazilian real. The currency strengthened during a session marked by greater risk aversion, pressure on emerging-market assets and higher international oil prices.

The dollar’s performance also contributed to gains in precious-metal ETFs with currency exposure. This effect was particularly relevant for GOLD11, whose strategy does not neutralize fluctuations between the US dollar and the Brazilian real.

DOLB11 is up 0.96% for the month but down 0.37% for the week, 3.57% for the year and 1.36% over 12 months.

PIPE11 (Buena Vista): +0.14%

PIPE11 advanced 0.14%. The fund tracks MLPI, a US-listed ETF that invests in energy infrastructure companies and uses a call-writing strategy to generate monthly income.

MLPI’s largest holdings included Williams Companies, Enbridge, TC Energy, Kinder Morgan and Targa Resources. These companies primarily operate pipelines, terminals, storage and processing assets, reducing the portfolio’s direct sensitivity to daily oil-price fluctuations.

Higher oil prices created a favorable backdrop for energy infrastructure, but the options strategy limits part of the portfolio’s participation in stronger market rallies. This profile helped keep PIPE11 close to unchanged. The fund also paid BRL 1.1511 per share during the session, reinforcing the role of income distributions in its total return.

PIPE11 is up 0.21% for the week and 4.94% for the month.

RARA11 (Investo): -0.06%

RARA11 declined 0.06%. The fund invests nearly all its portfolio in REMX, a US-listed ETF composed of global companies involved in the production, processing and refining of rare earths and strategic metals.

Albemarle fell 2.82%, MP Materials lost 1.94%, Almonty Industries declined 4.13% and Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile slipped 0.22%. These losses pressured the underlying fund and were partially offset by gains of 6.33% in Lithium Americas, 1.49% in Elevra Lithium, 1.34% in Sigma Lithium and 1.04% in Lithium Argentina.

The balance between declines in larger holdings and gains among selected lithium producers kept the Brazilian ETF close to unchanged. The difference between B3 and US trading hours also meant that the local share price did not fully incorporate REMX’s subsequent decline.

RARA11 is up 0.58% for the week but down 0.40% for the month.

Exclusive DEX PRO data.
